FAQ

All products are printed on demand i.e. when an order is placed.  This means they are not stockpiled or warehoused waiting for orders to come in.  Because of this, order fulfilment can take slightly longer.

You should assume all products are fulfilled in the UK unless otherwise stated in the product title and product description e.g. see this product that is made specifically for shipping to the USA.  The product title has (USA) added to it and there is a clear statement in the Product Description advising it is produced and shipped from the USA.

If you order multiple items these may be produced by different suppliers and will be shipped separately so you will not receive a single parcel containing your entire order. 

Should you require a product as a gift for someone, please order early and allow sufficient delivery time to avoid disappointment.

ISLE OF MAN/UK
For orders fulfilled in the UK (this is all products unless the Product Title and Description states otherwise), you should allow 7-12 days for delivery to the IOM in particular.  For UK, delivery this time should be less.

USA/CANADA/AUS

Delivery may be around 3-4 weeks for products where order fulfillment is in the UK – this is only an estimate.

In order to reduce shipping timeframes, costs and possible customs fees, I am adding products that are fulfilled in these specific countries.  To locate these you can:

– use the search tool and enter the country name
– click on the Category or Tag list on the main Shop page and select the appropriate country or
– look for (USA), (CAN) or (AUS) in the Product Title

I am also happy to create a product (or products) for you if you need something shipped to these countries that is not currently available.  This can be something from the existing catalogue or I can create a customised product.

Customs fees and duty taxes can sometimes be applied to imported shipments, based on each country’s import regulations.

As Manx as the Hills/Ber Weyde is not responsible for any customs fees that an order may incur upon its arrival in the destination country.

We use PayPal as our payment gateway and all payments are processed through them.
You do not need to have a PayPal account and can simply pay with your debit or credit card.

What should I do if I receive a wrong or damaged product?

If you receive the wrong product or your product is damaged, please:

– take photographs of the item from various angles and if relevant, the packaging also
– email the photographs to Ber Weyde at ardbree@gmail.com and explain to her the issue
– include the order number in the email and date of the order

Note: the person who placed the order should contact us.

How long is a gift card valid for?

Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Can I use a gift card with a coupon?

Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with a coupon.

How do I check my balance?

You can:

– log into your account, if you created one, and there is an option to check the balance there or
– click on link in the footer section of any page (bottom of page)

Can I change my order?

An order normally goes into production minutes after you place it and once this has happened, it will not be possible to make any changes.

If you are very quick though to contact me after placing your order, there may be an opportunity to change it but this is dependent on how soon you let me know what the issue is.
