We have a 14-day return policy and offer a full refund if:
- an item is faulty
- not as described
- does not do what it is supposed to and
- the request to return an item is made by the person who purchased it
The above applies to items purchased at regular price, sale price and if the item was customised.
We do not offer a refund if:
- a customer damaged an item by trying to alter or repair it themselves or had someone else do it or
- a customer no longer wants the item e.g. because it is the wrong size or colour and the legal return period has elapsed
A request to return an item must be made by the person who purchased it
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact Ber Weyde immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that she can evaluate the issue.
Email her at ardbree@gmail.com and explain what has happened as well as including photographs of the item(s) you are referring to.
If your return is accepted, Ber will work with you to arrange how best to proceed e.g. a replacement item is ordered or a refund is issued.
